You say he's back up to his old antics (trashing generators and making uninspired kills)? That's rather strange- he caught the rot a while back and's been playing zombie since. If he is causing you trouble over there, just try to get in contact with your local bounty hunters; because of brain rot, if he goes down, he's not coming back up.
