custom title
Your customisation of the page title, especially the use of background colour is covering up part of the category listings for me, and it also violates this policy. Please remove the background colour at least -- boxy talk • teh rulz 06:05 30 January 2009 (BST)
- Oh, I see this is a redirected talk page, if it's not clear, I was talking about this page -- boxy talk • teh rulz 06:06 30 January 2009 (BST)
- I'm having a hard time following, I've retested the page in question on two separate monitors with vastly different resolutions and can see no effect that goes outside the normally editable area as mentioned in the policy you link. What wiki skin are you using to view the page? A screenshot could be helpful for me to ascertain why this problem has not come up on my end. -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 14:26, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
- I'm using the cologne blue skin. It's not as bad in the default skin, but it's still editing outside the normal page area to without good reason when you start adding background colour to it. I can see the need for a custom title to get rid of the "User" and "Main" part of the title, but not background colour -- boxy talk • teh rulz 14:40 31 January 2009 (BST)
- I haven't forgotten about this, I'm just investigating a couple of things, but actually running the tour has been getting in the way and taking up my free time. -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 11:06, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

Things I hope
Just one right now, that whoever is doing the removing thing did talk to the actual group leaderies this time. And also another two actually, they they weren't both the same person and that that person doesn't actually think that having the password actually allows them to do this in objection with the actual group leaders the account was made for and not have it be vandalism because, it is, it really really is. Vandalism is edits in bad faith and using this account as a method to try and strong arm members of the group's comments is bad faith regardless of whether you have the account password or not. --Karekmaps?! 00:56, 1 May 2009 (BST)
- I do hope you understand the idiotic precedent you are trying to set here. User pages are the property of the user in question, just because they happen to be about another group means precisely sod and all. I invite you to peruse the Specific Page Editing Guidelines, which are an official policy of this wiki, I know you made shit up while you were a sysop, but you were vaguely aware of them right? KOTD, or whatever her replacement is called, has no editing rights over Cyberbob's DEM Roster because it's not their group page, it is a user page that belongs completely to that user. It was exactly the same with DHPD discussing The Dead on their sub pages. We've already established (in a case you voted on no less) that holding an account that could confuse you cannot be banned for existing or User:Wiki Martyr would be have been perma-ed.
- I do love the fact you are attempting to ascribe intent to the person who created this page. What was your role in the creation of the event? Which of your qualified insights are you calling on? In which stage of the wiki construction were you consulted? What exactly did you contribute to this event at all before it was irrecoverably failed by people who should have been putting its interests first?
- In short, you have no case, unless of course you fall back on that old boy's network that has driven so many newbies from here and helped kill this game. I find it odd that, yet again, you manage to involve yourself in matters that don't concern you and that also seem to involve me. One might consider this stalking or harassment, or at least they would if it wasn't me. After all if I did the same you'd be crying left, right and centre to have me banned. What is the line of code that makes you go away not only on this wiki, but on others for unrelated games and IRC which seem to be the new venues you have found to constantly harass me?
- Or alternately, since User:Mall Tour 2009 owns this page in its entirety, I could just have them remove it. -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 01:53, 1 May 2009 (BST)
- You created the page as group property, the account as group property, it's group property. I am quite honestly trying to give you a heads up about what you're doing before you completely screw yourself here, I'm being nice and trying to let you know before someone actually tries to get you punished for this because they have an agenda against you, I am not that someone for all you seem to like to believe it 90% of the time I actually am/was the one that was protecting your ass from those someones regardless of my personal feelings towards you for the constant shit like this you do against me. Take my trying to help you with code or advice from time to time how you will, maybe you'll stop asking question where I can see them so I can stop giving you the answers in a semi-punctual and correct manner.
As for intent of the page creation you outlined that yourself on admin pages remember? Calm down, walk away, let it go, and appreciate the fact that they still like you enough to dedicate things to you before you burn the few bridges you have left. --Karekmaps?! 06:20, 1 May 2009 (BST)
