Regarding your request on DDR's talk page: Yes, there is an account of olde by that name: Special:Contributions/Northboundsnow. However, there is no content in userspace but the user talk page, which consists just of the Welcome Newbie message. If you have still the password, you could reactivate it. As you have no e-mail set on the old account, the only way to regain access to User:Northboundsnow is to remember the password. If you can't, then you are stuck with User:NORTHBOUNDSNOW. Best substitute you could achieve then is to have a custom title on your userpage showing your user name as User:Northboundsnow and a custom signature using the same spelling. Haven't heard back since, so I just added a code snippet to your user page and to the accompanying talk page that changes the displayed page title. As for the sig, you need to change it yourself, as even sys-ops as me can't force through changes for other users. For your purposes, I recommend you a custom basic signature that displays your signature as [[User:NORTHBOUNDSNOW|Northboundsnow]].
