Their to feel free to write a comment onto the Comment Subsection about the would-be article and nothing else.

Names for the Aproval? subsection

All System Operators or Arbitrators must use these codes for the Aproval? Subsection of each section:

• Approved - Means the section can be created into an article

• Vetoed - Means the section cannot be created into an article

• Needs Work - Means that the section need to be worked on some more
