#:::I absolutely agree that bandoliers shouldn't have any effects on one's inventory, and I was only suggesting this as a non-functional clothing item. I would hope that people would realize that these bandoliers, like the rest of the clothing in the game, would not have a real in-game effect (much like how wearing a straitjacket doesn't hinder one's ability to use their arms).
