There are currently no clothes to be found in clubs.  And now-a-days, you see people walking around with iPods and MP3 players and whatnot.  And you sometimes see their ear buds or headphones hanging around their necks.  That's what this suggestion is.  2 new pieces of clothing for the neck slot, but only found in clubs and malls.  The Ear Buds are like those iPod ear buds.  They'll come in white, black, green, pink, and some other colors.  The Headphones are slightly bigger then Ear Buds, but who cares?
