The tags in East Grayside were not by any our members as far as I know. Leo's instructions at the time were to keep any reprisals limited to S.T.A.R.S. members who had pked or attacked our members. 
We would appreciate it if you could remind your members to behave in a civil manner, as this whole course of events took place because of of your members escalating their antagonism of our group. The tags would not have occurred had S.T.A.R.S. not attacked our group within EG.
