= Declaration on Behalf of the Citizens of Malton =

The citizens of Malton recognize [[User:Sweetirony|SweetIrony]] as the new mayor of Malton, effective immediately, and strongly support her courageous decision to assume that role in the final hours preceding doomsday, in restoring democracy to Urban Dead. 

In the final months of Urban Dead's existence, SweetIrony led the initiative to bring Urban Dead players together in what has now been recognized as one of the last great historical events of Urban Dead: the [[Urban_Dead_Reunion|Urban Dead Reunion]]. Through her efforts, billions of longtime Urban Dead players reconnected with friends and loved ones from decades past, breathing new life into a cherished game. With no knowledge of the doomsday announcement to come, SweetIrony's campaign to reunite Malton's citizens provided us with a final chance to be together before Urban Dead's shutdown in March of 2025. As such, SweetIrony is without a doubt the best choice to lead us in the end times.
