==The Creation of the PPWAA==

After 9/11 the Bush administration created the Public Pools With AIDS Agency to combat the large number of AIDS being leaked into our public pools. The Agency was kept a secret until after the pool closing on Martin Luther King Day, when it was realized that the honkies were spreading AIDS in the pool for the bruthas and sistahs to catch.

===The Goals of the PPWAA===

Every Agent of the PPWAA has the job of closing the pools infected with AIDS and blocking off the doors to stop anyone from swimming in the pools. To stop Agents from conflicting with each other the PPWAA adopted Afros with business suits as their uniform. You can spot an Agent of the PPWAA from their large afro and clean pressed suit.

It is very easy for a fellow brutha to join the Agency. You need the right skin, huge 'fro, and clean pressed business suit with black loafers. After that just sign up with local Agents in the contact link above and you're ready. But be warned, the inhabitants of Habbo Hotel will not welcome you and may not respect your authority.
