| I wish to apologize. I wish to apologize to the UBCS for ever trying to pursue an alliance with Umbrella. You all cause SO many problems with us, that it is crazy to try to make an alliance. Maybe we can pursue a more formal alliance some day when Thadeous quits the game. I wish to compliment you on the UCC though. I don't think I've ever seen Shearbank hate a group so much since DARIS! We have executed one of your members for spraying offensive tags towards us. We aren't declaring war, but if you retaliate, you can expect one. I will tell you right now, though, that if you DO attack us, Umbrella will not "prosper, or liberate" anything. Thadeous is your problem. He is making deals with PKers, as if he is endorsing it...
