Group Proposal

I propose the creation of a Pro-Survivor group based in Spicer Hill's own Piggott Building.

• Name-- Common Survival.
• Also proposed partial assumption of Waters Building and its Cell Towers and generators.
• Radio transmitter to be set to 28.60 MHz.
• All survivors welcome, especially NecroTech Employees.
• PKing intended to be punished likewise and monitored.
• Would like experienced members, as only low-level members would exist.
• Plans to coop with Stockman Walk Police Department.
