From the monitor you see it pull up to the platform, stop, and completely shut off.
History
Patrol Sighting 02/05/2009:
I witnessed a strange two car trolley pull up to the platform. It bares a familiar Umbrella Corporation marking that I have seen before so I am sure it belongs to them. I can't believe they have their own train! Let alone one that operates! I mean... just how the hell? I went up to the platform and examined it cautiously. Couldn't find any means of turning on the power or gaining access to the train except on the side doors where there is an obvious card reader. It undoubtedly leads to their headquarters in Handley Towers, that I am sure. Wish I could figure out how to hot wire this thing or get a card, definitely a safer way to get around.
Patrol Sighting 02/24/2009:
After searching for days around Umbrella Corporation compounds and hang outs I have given up on trying to locate this supposed access card that activates the trolley here. However upon my return to the station platform I noticed a figure in the conductor's office. I drew my rifle and approached. I was had! A rouse to set me up! I quivered in fear as I felt cold steel press into the back of my neck. Damn, "Those deranged mother-fuckers did this just to fill their sick lust for murder." I thought. The person behind me started to speak and ordered me to drop my rifle, I did so. They spoke calm and collected, "What are you doing with my things?" he asked. I hesitated and told him that I was only a passer by. The feeling of steel was released from neck. "Oh sorry I didn't notice your arm patch! The names Beau, I am actually one of the liaisons from Umbrella sent to talk with the SWA. Ha! Don't tell them I almost shot you I don't think that would go over so well during the talks."
Charming fellow. We spoke for a few and he explained that he had gone off to take a piss, came back and thought I was trying to steal his things, though he wouldn't go into detail what he had, understandable. He asked that I would be on my way since the platform wasn't particularly as safe as some of the surrounding structures. We parted way and wouldn't you know it, I spotted that trolley moving down the rails towards Handley! That bastard! I knew it! No wonder he acted so protective. One day I'll come back and get to ride that trolley even if I have to sign up as a member myself!
