This is not a group. Hell, it's not even a way of life. It's a way of not being dead!
The golden rule of MSI - Don't die.
MSI is a theory that the way to defeat the zombies is not by shooting the first zed who looks at you funny, but by simply doing everything in your power to survive, and help others survive, though this may include destroying those who obstruct the golden rule, whether they are living or dead.
MSI is not a group, it is an understanding and a philosophy which aims to keep the living living.
