20070722 Advanced Death rattle

Disc10 18:33, 22 July 2007 (BST)

Suggestion type
Sub skills

Suggestion scope
Zombies with Death rattle

Suggestion description
You have death rattle. Now, you feel, you can help co-ordinate attacks, guide zombies to food and generally chat. But what happens when you say: "attack that barricade!"? You say: "Aa ha barraarh!". Some people might find this hard to understand. I suggest that advanced types of death rattle become available to buy after you have death rattle. You could get these in any order you wanted. The first would add the letters i,o and u (eg. "attack the barricades!" becomes "Aa hrh barrirarh!"). The next would add the letters c,d,s, and t (eg. "attack the barricades!" becomes "Attach tha barrrcads!" or coupled with the first upgrade becomes "Attach tha barricads!")

  • so first you would buy death rattle
  • then you, if you had the xp, would get either upgrade 1 (letters i, o nad u (the vowels), or upgrade 2, letters c,d,s and t.
  • as with all zombie skill, they would cost 100xp each

  1. Kill - you should have let there be an actual discussion on the Developing Suggestions page, rather than just two solitary comments. I don't think that this is needed. You can just gesture to targets, you don't need to talk. Ease of communication is something that survivors have over zombies, and why shouldn't they? Kizombie has been developed to get around the limitations of Death Rattle - if you really need to give across more info in-game, use it. 'arm. 18:47, 22 July 2007 (BST)
