The Quarlesbank Optimal Defense Diagram is similar to the Uniform Barricading Policy but is Quarlesbank specific. No building will be less than very strongly barricaded, and extremely heavily barricaded buildings will will be distributed to provide optimal protection and to limit access to key resources. This diagram also keeps the inhabitants of Malton, particularly Quarlesbank informed to the location of these places.
