The BOW Suicide Prevention Protocol was designed for the defense of Earletown based on the principle of Distributed Defense. The Uniform Barricading Policy causes survivors without Free Running to seek refuge overnight in resource buildings, making them more vulnerable to zombie attacks. Since Earletown does not have enough of a zombie presence to require a vast amount of EH barricaded buildings, almost all buildings are barricaded only to very strong. The exceptions are all buildings which survivors can jump out of and commit suicide from. These buildings are barricaded above VS to limit survivor access. This coupled with an aggressive reviving program makes it very difficult for players without the brain rot or free running skills to play as zombies within the barricaded area. This plan can best be categorized as an Optimal Defense Plan. See: Barricades.
