Description
"You are standing outside the Lavers Motel, a small concrete building surrounded by railings."
Located on the southern edge of Richmond Hills, the Lavers Motel was part of a chain of inexpensive motels common to the landscape of Malton. Prior to the Outbreak, it catered primarily to business traffic traveling the Eastonwood/Richmond Hills/Havercroft corridor as well as to families of patients receiving care at nearby St. Mark's Hospital.
In accordance with the Richmond Hills Barricade Plan, the Lavers Motel should be kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB).
Before the outbreak this motel was very popular among young couples, becoming known as "The Lovers Motel".
