:::::Sure. Just put two square brackets (<nowiki>[[ and ]]</nowiki>) around the group's name on your user page, and that'll turn it into a link. If you want the link to be a different word, but still point to your page, just use a pipe (that's | that thing) after the page name, followed by what words you want - so <nowiki>[[Philosophe Knights|Feel-Soft Knights]]</nowiki> will produce [[Philosophe Knights|Feel-Soft Knights]]. That way you can slip a link into a sentence without needing to name the page in it. {{User:Misanthropy/Sig}} 14:40, 17 April 2010 (BST) | :::::Sure. ::::::The one on the suburb page? Sure, just find the code on the page and copy and paste it to your page. You're free to steal pretty much anything on the wiki for your pages, it's pretty much a communal effort for everyone. :::::::Nah, you can take out anything you don't want. If you're not using a colour it's handy to take it out to save space and stuff. I'll give you a hand arranging the key if you want. {{User:Misanthropy/Sig}} 02:06, 18 April 2010 (BST) |

Re: This
I see you've created the aforementioned template, with just the name of your group in it. In all honesty, the better approach would be to begin with creating a group page first - either Dunell Hills Liberation Army or DHLA, it's up to you - and work from there. If you need a hand getting the page set up, just give me a buzz and I'll be glad to show you the ropes. When that's finished, you'll then want to add your group here (the version with only one 'Groups' in the name), which will let you advertise yourself as being active in Dunell Hills. At this point you'll probably want to get rid of the redundant template, so when you've got everything sorted, just drop into A/SD and we'll take care of that. Remember, just drop me a comment on my talk page if you need a hand with anything I've mentioned, and I can help you get it sorted. 03:44, 16 April 2010 (BST)
- What is it you're looking shown? Making a group page? 01:01, 17 April 2010 (BST)
- Right, I have a skeleton worked up at Dunell Hills Liberation Army. Just go to the 'edit' tab on that page and fill in the areas I've left there for you. You should change the image too, if you've got one for your group, I just used Pacman as a placeholder for you. If there's anything else you need, just ask away. 01:16, 17 April 2010 (BST)
- Just follow this link, and you can upload an image from your hard drive. When you do, take note of the file name - you can then add your image to any wiki page with [[Image:imagename.extension]], where 'extension' is either 'jpg', 'png', etc, depending on your image. So for example, [[Image:GasMask.png]] will produce this:
- If you need any help after uploading your image, don't be afraid to ask. 13:37, 17 April 2010 (BST)
- You mean this listing? Just put the following into the 'survivor' section, in alphabetical order with the rest: Your group's image, sized so that no side of it is more than 25px (you can resize an image by putting |##px into the brackets for the image, where ## is the width you want. Having done the maths, I found that you'll need to specify the width as 21px in order for the height to be 25px). Then a link to your group's page. So you'll want to type [[Image:Shoulder-symbol.jpg|21px]] [[Dunell Hills Liberation Army]], which should add you perfectly. 14:11, 17 April 2010 (BST)
