Ryan Lynch
The Saints : March 2008 - Present.
Lynch began bounty hunting in December 2007 and worked independently for three months before being invited to join a group of former END members in what would become The Saints in March. Winner of two bounty hunting challenges in 2008 and number 1 on the bounty hunter leaderboard since its creation in April 2008.

- Joined the MPD in November 2007.
- Graduated Academy and assigned to Alner Squad, NE Mobile Team in December 2007.
- Promoted to Sergeant June 2008.
- Promoted to Inspector September 2008.
- Promoted to Chief Inspector and team leader of NE Mobile Team December 2008.
- Promoted to Superintendent of NE Division June 2009.
- Became Superintendent of North Division after MPD consolidaton in May 2010.
