Sgt. John Raiden is the head of Malton Police Department. Instead of cowering in the kitchen with his wife, he grabbed a gun and had some fun. Only the corrup officers didn't like his style of "fun" so they attacked him, creating a long scar spanning from his forehead to his chin, as a result from the fight. He used to roam Malton, helping Survivors, but He has chosen the Coram Building as his home, stumbling into their door, nearly dead. He now dedicates his life to Giving out hope across Malton using the EBS, and resides as one of the Commanding Officers when the few above him "step out for a while." | |||
