| The percentage of the interior is still in ruin, however the small offices have aloud for survivors to live fairly comfortable lives. The upper floors of the building have been converted into individual living quarters and the conference rooms are still used by the inhabitants.

| The Pither Building was built shortly after the establishment of [[Roachtown]] in an attempt to establish business within the suburb. Housing offices for medical practice, small business, law firms, and other similar expansion. Despite the best intentions the suburb forced many of these offices into bankruptcy before the outbreak.
