Well, i am.

I'm a doctor, was a doctor in Malton when the outbreak began.

I was working in intensive care at the time. My patients were in coma's and they were evacuating the hospital. I don't know why, but when they came for me to get on the 'bus', i told them to go and i would catch up. I guess somehow, even when my own life was in danger, i couldn't leave my patients unprotected.

For the first few days, i barricaded myself in and planned to protect myself, quite pathetically, with a scalpal and an IV drip pole...after that, i knew from the lack of engines from cars, buses, motorbikes, and the scraping at the doors that i was alone with my patients.

8 of the patients i was 'protecting' met their peaceful ends with an overdose of morphine that night as I managed to bash the end of the pole into a sharpened point.

Breaking down my barricades i speared my way through three zombies and ran crying, hysterical from the ward.

I don't remember getting to my first safe house, nor do i remember firing my first gun, finding my first axe, killing my first zombie.

But somehow...i managed to become a necrotech specialist, manufacturing syringes for the dead to bring them back to life again. Again, i could practice what i had been trained to do when the world was human.

Soon, i abandoned my gun and filled my bags with FAK's to heal the wounded.

Until i discovered the PKers.

PKers who would lie, and kill you. Who would accept your help, and as you had your back turned to them to prepare more help they would shoot you and abandon your body to the dead so they could 'claim a point'.

Ever since, i kept a shotgun.

Finding my way to lumber mall, i found a safe place. I kept the place safe with the volunteers there. Barricading, nursing...and occasionally killing PK'ers who had hid amongst the peaceful.

Now they are calling me a spy...believe if it if you want...but if you kill me, you will end up on my pker list...

I was a young doctor, scared, tearful, and weak. Now i am a doctor...with a gun...and ready to protect.
