Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing in front of the monument:

"You are at the Kilminster Monument, a bronze statue plastered with quarantine posters."

History

One of the three Monuments in the suburb this empty square only sees the occasional zombie who stares blankly at the object.
