Acorpse has been lingering in the city for quite some time. After a long while lying face down in the streets of Malton, he is once again out for brains. No one was ever kind enough to give this shambling dead a name, but after hearing "A corpse!" yelled so many times during the early outbreaks he got used to it. Acorpse
Holy crap what day is it? Acorpse has woken up again, and has shambled his way over to another Necrotech building. Since he got up, he's figured this 'leading a horde' thing may not be his style, so he's moving on from the Herman building and it's long dead horde. Maybe he will find some friends? --Acorpse (talk) 06:28, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

Acorpse makes a very odd, uncomfortable survivor on the off chance he gets revived. Although his flesh rot usually brings the docile, skittish man the wrong kind of attention.
Acorpse really took his time but he got up again at long last. He is a zombie after all, there is no putting him down. Recently he's been a lot better at organising the shambling packs around him and now a few follow him on a regular basis. He's left the Herman building for now to look for some fresh brains elsewhere and he seems to be trying to round up some zombies like a macabre Shepard in West Becktown. --Acorpse 02:07, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

24th March 2009

After a sudden boost in the presence of the living, Acorpse was forced to leave what was once his ruined home. Now he stands with the crowd of zombies looking to rejoin the living in an attempt to slow their efforts and break into the Necrotech building once again. With so few zombies around it looks like he will be greatly outnumbered, but that is logical thinking. That part of his brain is long dead. He will keep pounding those barricades until he gets in, making a mental note of every mortal soul he spots in his passing. --Acorpse 18:05, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
Life returns some semblance of vitality. His skin gains a mild improvement to it's deathly pallor. He regains the rest of his shoulder length brown hair. Finally, being revived gives a small amount of weight, more lean than terrifyingly gaunt.

7th March 2009

After repeatedly breaking into the Herman building, it is quite firmly ruined. He helped keep it firmly out of action with many others during the Mall raid and it is possibly a factor into why it fell so quickly. Acorpse has now taken it upon himself to be a resident of the ruined lab, and is building up a small collection of names of those zombies who felt the need to aid the living in trying to take it back, chewing upon them as they wait idle at the revive point.
"Corpse" dons himself with utilitarian clothing, sometimes impersonating the "role" he is trying to fill. It may just be his brain rot, but he is prone to the odd eccentric item. For example, he has convinced himself a gas mask might protect him from the biohazard responsible for the outbreak.

As of now, the priority: Hold the Lab, Cleanse the Revive point of traitorous undead! --Acorpse 23:37, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps as a subconscious awareness his 'condition' is more perilious than most, he prefers to find nonviolent means of earning his keep in a safehouse; providing medical support or fuel. Anything which keeps him further away from the undead outside.

11th Febuary 2009

Acorpse has shambled into a relentless assault on The Herman Building in Darvall Heights. He has gotten inside twice so far, and has even picked up a few friends. The building might be taken yet! --Acorpse 22:28, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Unfortunately, he still runs the risk of being confused for his dead self or targeted by other survivors due to his lingering rot. This raises the odds of him prematurely rejoining the undead considerably.

Notice: This User or Group enjoys the RPG aspect of MMORPGs, the category of games that Urban Dead falls into. As such, there is probably quite a bit of roleplaying and/or creative writing on this page and in said User/Group's in-game actions. In other words, if you think the difference between IC and OOC is "One has an 'I' and the other has two 'O's," buzz off.

Acorpse is a territorial zombie in northwest Malton. His activity began in 2006, reappearing sporadically both as a feral and a member of small, local hordes.

As a Zombie

No one was ever kind enough to give this shambling dead a name, but after hearing "A corpse!" yelled so many times during the early outbreaks he got used to it. His few distinctive feature as a zombie is appearing rather literally to be 'skin and bones' and sparse, long hair.

Early on in 2009, he developed a bit of an obsession with Necrotech buildings. In 2011, the Herman building in paticular was plagued by him. Eventually a few zombies tagged along. This brief, small group was referred to as the Herman Horde. In 2015, he reappeared at Caiger Mall with the CLZA. The Latrobe Building naturally drew most of his attention.

Acorpse has been sighted as active again in late 2019, still stalking Darvall heights.

Biohazard.gif Salt The Land
Acorpse supports the Salt The Land Policy & acknowledges that all zombies should end their day in a ransacked NecroTech building whenever possible.

As a Survivor

Acorpse makes a very odd, uncomfortable survivor on the off chance he gets revived. Although his flesh rot usually brings the docile, skittish man the wrong kind of attention.

Life returns some semblance of vitality. His skin gains a mild improvement to it's deathly pallor. He regains the rest of his shoulder length brown hair. Finally, being revived gives a small amount of weight, more lean than terrifyingly gaunt.

Perhaps as a subconscious awareness his 'condition' is more perilious than most, he prefers to find nonviolent means of earning his keep in a safehouse; providing medical support or fuel. Anything which keeps him further away from the undead outside.

Unfortunately, he still runs the risk of being confused for his dead self or targeted by other survivors due to his lingering rot. This raises the odds of him prematurely rejoining the undead considerably.
