Description
Cullen Library is located in Mockridge Heights, a suburb of Malton. The area is heavily infested with brain rotted zombies, this is Mocker territory.
Barricading Policy
Barricade to as heavily as possible, and use as a fall back position for the protection of the Alphege General Hospital.

It is technically possible that the name was acquired from a man with the first name of Carlisle in the 1600s, but this is seen as unlikely.
