History

The day of the outbreak, witnesses described scenes of panic among the employees in Ralfe Towers. Because the automaking industry was already in crisis, it was considered just another normal day.

Since the outbreak, it has served as a watch tower for local survivors. The main vistas are:

• South-East: with Tikhon General Hospital, the Cheesy Poofs factory, Greenleaves Revive Point and several safehouses.
• North-East: including the Selway NT building and the Sly Police Dept.
• South-West: including the Henley NT building and New Arkham's cemetery.
