Your counter-argument in the feeding groan caught my eye, who ever said Zombies had keener senses? More importantly how would that come around? I have a suggestion that I need to hear the counter arguments before I post it this way I could anticipate them. I currently have an issue with the not repairing buildings because its too dark, flashlights are overpowered and even me with my biased view agree on that. I did see some minor suggestions on daytime and night time and this would be my proposal; During the daytime all buildings are considered lit with the advantages that apply and survivors get their full bonus for their attacks. Night time buildings that do not have a generator are dark, survivors' hit rates are cut by X percentage (let's say 10% for now). The issue I can see is that if I'm a survivor and I'm only on between 6-9 PM for whatever reason I'm going to be spending my time in the dark or whatever. Therefore I would propose that the 24hrs are divided by 8 hours per daylight/night time therefore rotating the days equally. What are your thoughts on this? Because having to repair a building with a generator unbalances the game (in my opinion) as it takes longer to repair/restore buildings therefore giving the zombies what I feel is an unfair advantage because let's face it no matter how dark a building is you can see as long as there are windows.
