According to the Millen Hills Barricade Plan, these Police Departments are to be barricaded up to Very Strongly only. This is to ensure that survivors without free running may seek refuge within the walls of the Police Department buildings.
History
While otherwise quite an obscure Police Department, Retallick earned its place in history when The Many, the first major group after the Outbreak, attacked it as its first target on 23 August, 2005.
