Blue Aegis Group/Operations

This page is a list of current activities of the Blue Aegis Group that have been authorized by the board of review, the mission commision, and the Current Executive of the Blue Aegis Group for release. Activities are different than operations in that they are directly monitored by the Executive and are considered a more prestigious assignment.

Operation Backer

Date: December 25th Location: Havercroft

Background: The Blue Aegis Group is called to the Axeworthy hotel to attend a meeting for training purposes and answer questions on UD tactics and provide advisory assistance in fighting the Zombie.

Objectives:

• Meet up with local defense forces

Debriefing: The local defense force, consisting of 4 survivors attacked the Blue Aegis Operational team, with one fatality resulting from their initial surprise attack. A poorly planned assault quickly became evident, after some discussion via meta-gaming it became clear that a series of anti-Blue Aegis Group messages had clearly decieved the Havercroft residents.

Operation Red Swan

Date:December 27th,2008 to January 5rd, 2009

Location: Yagoton

Background: A series of broadcasts had protrayed the Blue Aegis Group as a Pker group. This misinformation resulted in an ambush on two Blue Aegis Group operator(s). While the attackers were ineffective in their goal, the messages had to be stopped. During a monitoring session of the frequency from which the malicious broadcasts were emanating, an operator disclosed the location of the station- Yagoton.

Objectives:

• Identify the person(s) responsible for the malicious broadcasts.
• Terminate the person(s) responsible for the malicious broadcasts.

-Inform the person(s) that any resurgence of the broadcasts will be dealt with harshly.

Debriefing: One resident was seen making broadcasts, and evidence pointed to an accomplice. Both were terminated, and the revive points were monitored for four days. After this period, there was little warrant for an extended stay in Yagoton.

Grayside Observation-Activity

Client: Grayside Liberation Front

Duration:January 13th to 20th Payment: 12,000 meat

Location: East Grayside, West Grayside, Kempsterbank (Observation Hideaway)

Mission Objectives:

• Acquire intelligence on SOS Brigade positions within East and West Grayside.
• Acquire intelligence on S.T.A.R.S. positions within East Grayside.
• Acquire intelligence on DOOMS positions within West Grayside

Special Clause: The Blue Aegis Group will commit to a sustained assault on SOS brigade in the event that GLF covert(non-group tag) members are killed between january 15th to january 20th.

Debriefing: SOS Brigade forces were at half strength for much of the observation period. Little to no activity on their part. majority of the SOS Brigade were along the border between east and west grayside, focused heavily in the resource buildings.

S.T.A.R.S. forces were nearly always accounted for between observation patrols. Mainly focused in the north, but slowly moved eastward towards the border to some extent.

DOOMS Positions were not heavily monitored. DOOMS activity appeared not to deviate day to day.

Humanitarian Assistance-Activity

Debriefing:

• ~11 Rotters Shot
