Johnathon Abham Tikhon was born in Moscow on 16th of October 1965. He was a Russian immigrant that hitchhiked to Malton in the 80s, he soon met up with other immigrants that travelled to Ruddlebank and Hollomstown.
They made a group and soon started clashing with the large portion of Ukrainian immigrants in Ruddlebank, during these long battles they killed many innocent people and also performed The Dinan Hotel bombing after they believed it was been used as a base by the Ukrainians.
Eventually he left the group after been ashamed about all the innocent deaths and studied in medical school, he bought an old building and transformed it into the Tikhon General Hospital.
He disappeared during the early outbreaks and it is not known if he is alive.
