Description
The metal plating and masonry are evocative of a post-apocalyptic bunker.
Barricade Policy
As part of the Foulkes_Village_Barricade_Plan, the 'cades should be maintained at EHB.
History
Prior to the outbreak, this counterculture club hosted a number of bands from various genres, including punk, folk-rock, reggae, ska and even some more experimental sonorities; many bands, like The Toxic Independents or DadaLou, performed on its stage. It was primarily patronized by the young yppies that had moved into the 'South West Village' for it's low rents and post-industrial atmosphere. Those youth born in Foulkes occasionally played here as musicians, but most did not like the newcomers.
Current Status
An occasional base for the Anarchist Basterds.
