Outsiders see a fire-damaged yellow-stone building that has partially collapsed. It used to host a wide range of classics and modern books, with the Harry Potter series recently added to shelves following a thoughtful helicopter drop, then burned for fuel.
It is equipped with a running power supply and radio transmitter set to 26.17 and should be a safe haven for any survivors who can get in through the extremely heavily barricaded perimeter.
