History

The more expensive high-profile hospitals, Simeon and St Columbanus, generally took most of the patients, but Martin had a reputation for being low-cost, friendly, and more reliable. It was a good place.

Barricade Policy

According to the Randallbank Barricade Plan, Martin General Hospital is to be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This building serves as a heavily fortified shelter for veteran survivors.
