History
Another dumping ground used before the outbreak by the people of Greentown. However, this one was originally only intended for organic waste, but the locals ignored that, and dumped anything there. Although this was spared by the Great Fire of 1912 (it didn't even exist,) it has a reputation for periodically catching alight, occasionally by rebellious or board youth.
