It used to be a flourishing part of the city! A very important economic location... for drug-dealers and the like. Back in the days, tens of thousands of dollars (USD) moved through here in either anabolic, liquid, granular, or some sort of sniffable form. Then along came the hobo armies, seeking to satiate their need for crack and smack and the like, and they took it over. The hobos flourished here for many a year, until the zombies came and started fighting with them over some garbage and brains. The hobos eventually lost and were forced to move out.
