Zombies almost always check inside. Some are often used as literal fortresses, and are sometimes so heavily barricaded that it is impossible to enter without Free Running. Tagging a police station earns 2 XP. They are listed as a Tactical Resource Point. Police Stations can be barricaded normally.

Current Status

November 5, 2008: You are inside Hopping Road Police Dept. The building has been very strongly barricaded. A portable generator has been set up here. It is running low on fuel.

May 27, 2008: The barricades are down, two zombies in, two survivors killed so far

April 19, 2008: The building is undamaged and fully barricaded. The generator was destroyed by a civilian yesterday.

November 4, 2007: You are inside Hopping Road Police Dept. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. The doors to the street have been left wide open. There are nine dead bodies here.
