Originally a 5 star Boulevard called the Better Then Your Boulevard Boulevard. But when someone threw free money on it causing cars to slip and kill thousands of people it was renamed the Very Bad Boulevard. But no one went on it when it was called the Very Bad Boulevard, so they wanted to make it the Average Boulevard, but when a gaint armadillo rose from the ground and made a giant hole in the ground, they didn't have the money to repare it. So they put a ramp over the hole and cars jump over it.
