The Coram Building is an old office building in the suburb of Lukinswood. The Emergency Broadcast System is located in a side room of this building. Please make your way to 22,43 and undress.
It remains to be seen if the EBS is even of any use. Plus, it's rusty, smells repulsive, and repeatedly stuns radio operators with painful electric shocks, occasionally leading to death or disfigurement.
You are inside the Coram Building. A side room contains the city's emergency broadcast system.
A radio transmitter is plugged into it, and green lights glow on the panel.
We couldn't give a shit about actually using the EBS, but will protect it at all costs. Members are advised to carry hand-held radio receivers tuned to 25.92 MHz - the EBS frequency.

Should you need a revive please head to Havercroft cemetery (31,47). This is conveniently close to Ackland Mall. Alternatively, Malpractice maintain a revive point at Rayner Crescent (28,44). You may post a revive-request in their forum here.
One hopes that Lacey Walk (23,42), an inactive RP, will eventually become active once more. The cemetery (22,46), just South of Coram would also make a good RP but appears to be very slow.
For those with voyeuristic tendencies it should be noted that Coram is tall enough to allow binocular use. Pedophiles can be seen nightly, lurking outside the two schools, while the wasteland to the East regularly hosts zombie porn shoots.
