Description

Sonven Towers are twin towers, and one set of several storm-wracked towers, located in the suburb of Rolt Heights on the border with Pashenton to the west. Survivors have often commented on the storm clouds that seem to hang over Sonven Towers. Of course if one were to believe that then one is likely to believe that's the case for all the towers in Rolt Heights, as odd as that may sound. Still this is mostly rumor, as the possibility that it rains continuous over this location, or others, is viewed as incredible to say the least. What can be proven is that Rolt Heights certainly does see more than its fair share of sudden showers although this may be more of a blessing than a curse as it helps wipe away the grime covering most of the suburb's older buildings. This was soot and dirt that had built up over the years during a time when the suburb's factories still belched black sulfuric smoke into the air.

Built in 1985, the Sonven Towers were built as officer towers, one of several such projects in the suburb that had high hopes of taking advantage of Rolt Heights' relatively low real estate values. Of course just like every other such endeavor it failed. Businesses were simply not interested in leasing the office space and in a matter of years the property fell into neglect. After the "Malton Incident" survivors were more than willing to take up residence in the towers, even with the tactical flaw of their connected garage. Survivors are always cautious of this fact as should zombies break into one tower they can easily march into the other.

Barricade Policy

This building should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the barricade level set forth by Newgrounds, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for them and Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized.

Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades without reason will be dealt with by members of NG.
