A run-of-the-mill PD with some interestingly named places around it. HQ of the Dibbings Plaza Spec Op's Team! Lead by Topcatz, Pipy and Lyner

Barricade Policy

Keep to Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB) (actually VSB+2) per the Williamsville Barricade Plan.

This is also in accordance with the Uniform Barricading Policy, which requests that emergency resource buildings such as police stations be kept at a maximum of VSB.

Current Status

On 2010-20-02, The Dibbings Plaza Police Department was Extremely Heavily Barricaed; this is NOT in accordance with the Williamsville Barricade Plan.

There was/were no zombies here, and none in adjacent blocks.

Zero dead bodies was/were outside; the lights were on inside.

''DPPD SO Team HQ Funnily enough...'' was spraypainted on the interior.

''Go north to the Rudd Building you will be safe.'' was spray painted on the exterior.

No longer Deck of 52 current headquarters, moved to Eastwood Museum. The PD is now the Decks Armoury, (un-officially)
