Rayne was created on April 10, 2010 and is the official second Stronghold of the Red Resistance, founded by Red Resistance soldier, The Peacewalker; in the suburb of Heytown. The base is comprised of the Goldney Place Police Department, the Ostler Towers, Warehouse 78,37, The Craske Museum, The Usher Building, Club Swabey, the Nuttycombe Auto Repair, the Jarnell Walk, and the Inder Library.
