::[[:Category:Historical Groups]] has been around for a long time. Just take a peek at the [[Category_talk:Historical_Groups#Previous_Discussions|various archives]]. If those groups are no longer active and meet the criteria [[:Category:Historical_Groups|here]], then you can submit them for consideration. - I am pretty sure that those groups existed way before that list even appeared on the Wiki... So if those groups are not to come back and their leaders are not going to defend the entries, who will?
