Description
Billinghurst Place Police Department is a police station located in suburb of Rhodenbank. Believed by many to be the oldest police station in Malton, this station was the site of the founding of the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps on November 14th, 2005 in the midst of a zombie siege. Although the RCDC HQ has since moved to an undisclosed location this building is still under their protection.
Mandate
1) To serve and protect all survivors within a 3x3 block grid (south) of the precinct.
2) To maintain resource building barricades at Very Strongly (VS+2).
3) To maintain non-resource building barricades within a 3x3 block grid at Extremely Heavily. These buildings will act as safe houses for Free Runners attacking zombie groups in the area.
4) Pwnt.
Barricade Policy
This building follows the barricade policy set forth in the Rhodenbank Barricading Plan. Created by the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps, the policy dictates that almost every tactical resource point in Rhodenbank should only be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded and no higher, so as to be accessible to inexperienced survivors who do not have the Free Running skill. Visitors are requested to never barricade past Very Strongly unless the building is currently under siege by zombies. Note that members of the RCDC have the right to lower the barricades to Very Strongly if they discover them raised higher without just cause.

February 27th, 2008 - Found building ransacked, repaired building, barricaded to VSB+2, but there are still two bodies in there. Can someone get rid of them? Mot Nilknarf 18:56, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
January 8th, 2008 - The great dudly has managed to keep hold of this petty police station now for quite some time, while there has been some poor attempts at reclaiming this building, the great dudly and his band of kick arse zombies have managed to keep hold of the building from the weak humans. On a another note since this is the only update done to this page for quite some time, I doubt anyone will even read this.
- Update: Official response, "Meh".
July 20th, 2007 - The PD is under siege again. There are 6 zombies outside and 1 inside. Barricades are down. I closed the door and got one zombie down to 12 HP --SyrDragon 18:05, 20 July 2007 (BST)

April 14th, 2007 - The new survivor group, Metal Fox, claimed Billinghurst Place PD as one of their field bases, in truth one of several they have established. Their goals appear to be to help secure the area by enforcing law and order. Survivors are encouraged to team-up with them so as to help restore peace to the surrounding suburbs.
