I know it is confusing (and it tripped me up a few times) but people make templates of just text so that they can have a section of the page that isn't editable on that page or so that they can easily repeat text or formatting. Rules for Posting
- Post all new topics at the top, below the "Post Here" Line. If my talk page already has an entry on it, just put your post on the bottom below everything else.
- Use a second level heading as your heading.
- Don't mess with anything above the "Post Here Line"
