Captain Weeks is the executive officer of the Hellhounds, Unit 3 of the MCDU, the paramilitary branch of the Department of Emergency Management. He is infamous among the MCDU for being the only man to serve in the all female Unit 6, where he earned his commission to 2nd Lt. He has also served as the commanding officer of Unit 7.
