On March 26, 2008, Andy Matthews was in class, at Whitlock Boulevard School, when the zombies attacked. He was rushed to St. Seraphim's Hospital in critical condition. Over the month, he had five surgeries to his heart, over 25 MRIs, had multiple organs fail, and had been put on bypass for two weeks. The doctors told him he had Necrotitus E, a rare disease that lives in corpses. They told him he had 3 years to live. Within a month, he had fallen ill again, this time, the brain was affected. The hospital had to replace his brain, using a risky procedure used by Necrotech scientists. During the surgery, his heart gave out. He was put on bypass for the second time, and was in a coma for two months. On June 30th 11:35 PM, the power in St. Seraphim's went out. He had a heart attack, This time, when the doctors revived his heart, he woke up from the coma. On July 1st, 12:04 AM, he was pronounced living. 3:29 AM that same day, he was diagnosed with Necrotitus B, the disease that was believed to have started the zombie plague. This disease was curable, and by 4:45 AM, he was cured from the disease.
