Above that was a video store dubbed "the man in the boat" that appears to be covered by a large hood.

On 6-9-2002 Richard Clitsome was said to be extremely upset about a failed construction project in another area of the city. A portion of the [[the Bone Building]] in [[South Borehamwood]] had collapsed and he could not get it back up on his own. He had never had this problem before. The cinema had a grand opening that went very smooth and painless aside from a small problem with the red carpet. This inability to erect the Bone Building effected him so much that he began taking an excessive amount of an unknown medication said only to be some small blue pills. His blood pressure rose to the point that he suffered a minor heart attack and fell into his "urinal" fountain and drowned.

The even of his passing hit the community hard but at the same time had an element of humor. His anger at the time of his death combined with the location of his demise caused a new expression to be widely used referring to death. He was from that moment on said to have "Passed off" rather than "Passed on" and some more vulgar usage was born using a word that sounds very similar to passed, making it very amusing to the younger generation and other dirty minded individuals.

History

The Clitsome Cinema was originally built by Richard Clitsome in 1995. As a young man his unusual name brought much ridicule and torment from his classmates. He was an entrepreneur from an early age and decided to take advantage of his name by selling bootlegged pornagraphic videos to his fellow high school students. This small practice grew larger and larger over the years until such time that he ordered the construction of a building named after him.

The building was designed with a large screening hall at the base lined with large flapping curtains. He deliberately set this across from a waste disposal shoot separated only by a small section of wall. Above the theater he installed a fountain that flowed only yellow tinted water. Above that was a video store dubbed "the man in the boat" that appears to be covered by a large hood.

A portion of the the Bone Building in South Borehamwood had collapsed and he could not get it back up on his own.
