The two cemeteries are considered official revive points. If you visited one and couldn't get a needle, you should consider filing a [http://ud-malton.info/revive.php?State=Add+Request revive request]. Tilke Park, as far as I know, is NOT an official RP. As such, I've removed it from the list. Uplifted the Page

Peacetime Barricade Policy
A peacetime barricade policy is under "discussion" here. It currently involves the one Police Department in the entire suburb.
