Originals- Available every day
Buffalo Milk-- $3.00
1 ounce vodka,1 ounce coffee liqueur, 1 ounce creme de bananes,
1 1/2 ounce dark creme de cacao, 2 ounces milk.
Buffalo not included.
Vesper (Martini)-- $4.50
Straight out of Ian Flemming's Casino Royale.
'Three measures of Gordon's (gin); one of vodka; half a measure of Kina Lillet.
Shake it over ice, and add a thin slice of lemon peel.' 7 ounces.
Unlike the novel, the drink isn't poisoned.
Bullet (to the Head)-- $3.50
If the Zed don't kill ya, this will.
1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce rum, 1 ounce Tequila, 1 ounce gin,
1 1/2 ounce sweet and sour mix, 3 ounces Coca-cola, blended with ice.
(How NOT to Kill A) Zombie-- $4.50
2 ounces each of three styles of rum mixed with seasonally available fruit juices.
With a layer of high-proof rum floating on top,
ask the bartender for a demonstration on how not to bring down the undead.
Rotter('s Death)-- $4.00
4 ounces dark soda, 1 ounce each of strawberry, mango, apple, and guava juice,
and two ounces vodka. This fruity mix is refreshing, sweet, and satisfying.
Just like any rotter's death at your hands should be.
Grapes of Wrath-- $3.00
Consumer's choice of 5 ounces of either white or concord grape juice,
with two ounces vodka and one ounce rum.
Good before a shotgun spree.
If wine is preferred, please notify the bartender and add 30 cents.
Give Me a Dime-- $0.10
A depression-era classic, this affordable drink is a blend of butterscotch schnapps,
creme de cacao and cream from the bartender's own cache.
Shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass,
this frothy beverage is the refresher you'll come back at the end of every night.
Limited time offer.
Drink of the Day
Sunday: Pucker-Up-- $2.10
6 ounces of lemon juice, 2 ounces lemon liqueur, ice, and 2 ounces rum. Blended into a nice slush.
Salt/Sugar-Rimmed glass, and/or lime-wedge available at request.
Just try and keep a straight-face.
Monday: Roy Rodgers/Shirley Temple-- $2.00
12 ounce mocktail using 9 ounce dark or light soda mixed with
3 ounces of grenadine syrup with a Maraschino Cherry on top.
Just like when you were a kid.
Tuesday: Boilermaker-- $3.50
2 oz shot glass of consumer's choice of tequila, whiskey or vodka
dropped into an 10 ounce beer of the consumer's choice.
We dare you to drink it in one go.
Wednesday: Appletini-- $2.25
Vodka, apple liqueur, and apple juice in a large, 6 ounce Martini glass.
Served with an Gala, Fuji, or Granny Smith apple slice wedged on a the lip.
For those special occasions.
Thursday: Strawberry Lemonade-- $2.10
Just a clean and heavenly mix of strawberries and sweetened lemons.
10 fluid ounces and served on-the-rocks.
An absolute American classic.
Friday: Orange Whips-- $2.10
4 ounces orange juice, 1 ounce rum, 1 ounce vodka, and 2 ounces cream,
mixed to a frothy goodness.
Because they're so popular with the BB, we decided to make 'em, too!
Saturday:Molotov (Cocktail)-- $3.00
1/5 rootbeer, 1/5 gin 1/5 rum, 1/5 bourbon,
and 1/5 Tabasco Sauce for a total of 10 ounces.
Let the burning begin.
Drink of the Week
How are we gonna do this, Percival?? -It's going to take a lot of beverages. Maybe we can go through and rotate this on a weekly basis- I don't know enough drinks off hand to fill this space by Saturday.
Drink of the Month
Need help in this department.
Try to make them seasonal, the June drink is modeled after a Hawai'ian Summer,
I don't care if you match the drinks with English or American seasonal feel.
January: Cold Duck--$1.50
Customer's choice of sparkling wine blended with red concord grape juice.
A great way to keep that champagne buzz bubbling into the New Year!
February: Mountain Snow-- $1.50
One of the few CP seasonal sundaes.
A ten ounce glass with 6 ounces rootbeer and
one scoop vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
A cool drink to mimic colder weather.
March: St. Pat's Magic--$1.50
A classic mimosa served along with a shot of blue curacao.
Drop the shot in the glass and see watch the magic develop!
An excellent way to recover from a night of Irish Car Bombs.
April: Spring Rain-- $1.20
A rather strange drink, used to refresh the palate.
1 ounce vodka, 2 ounces rosewater, 2 ounces lilywater,
and 3 ounces distilled water. Helps detoxify your body.

June: Lava Flow-- $4.00
1 ounce rum, 1 ounce coconut milk, 2 ounce strawberry juice,
1 ounce banana juice, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces cream.
Just like Hawai'i.
July: Independence Smoothie-- $2.30
10 ounce sundae glass, filled with 1 ounce cream, 2 ounces
of each strawberry and blueberry juice, with a single scoop
of seasonal vanilla ice cream. First one free on July 4th.
Absolute display of Yankee Pride.

Changed the buffalo milk to something more easily understood,
and added some drinks as well.
do wish for you to look at this nightly before it launches this Saturday night/Sunday morning.
