A Street is a city block containing no buildings or monuments. Description
Billboard
Churchous Avenue contains a billboard. Survivors with a full spray can and the Tagging skill can graffiti it. It costs 10 AP to tag a billboard, versus the usual 1 AP.
Current description of the billboard is:

History
A common local myth is that this Avenue (built in the mid 20th century) was meant to be named after famous British PM, Winston Churchill. However, the signage company misplelt the name, and the local council couldn't afford a new sign, and this one stuck.
In reality, however, it was named after his unknown half-sister, Lynn Churchous.
